This appeal process applies when the Gambling Commission exercises its functions under section 224(1)(g) to (k). All appeals are from decisions made by the Secretary for Internal Affairs. All appeals must be heard by the Gambling Commission which may, as it thinks fit, sit as a division to carry out any of its functions under section 224 (s227(1)).
