Peter Wing Ho Chin (Chief Gambling Commissioner) is Mayor of Dunedin. He is a barrister and solicitor with 40 years' experience, and recently retired from partnership with the Dunedin law firm Webb Farry. Peter is involved in a number of community organisations, including chairing the Dunedin Chinese Gardens Trust.

Mary Lythe has a background in the health sector. She holds a number of government and voluntary sector board appointments and was formerly a member of the Casino Control Authority.

Kenneth (Mark) Ford is the Chief Executive of Watercare Services Limited. He also holds a number of directorships and was formerly a member of the Casino Control Authority.

Paul Stanley has a background in Maori health issues. He is currently the general manager of the Waipareira Trust. Paul has lectured in sociology, psychology, and community development and has held a number of voluntary and community sector committee positions.

Graeme Reeves is a barrister and solicitor in Wellington and was a National MP for Miramar from 1990 to 1993.
